CNC Machine Operator
- No experience needed - will provide on-the-job training.
- Part-Time/Full Time for all shifts and flexible schedules are available.
- The main job functions are to operate CNC machines, perform quality inspections, and achieve production rate.
Process Engineer
Looking for a dedicated, self -motivated individual with exceptional work habits and good attendance:
- Must have CNC programing experience with knowledge of tooling feeds and speeds.
- Must know how basic cutting tools, basic fixtures and lathe chucks work.
- Must have full understanding of CNC Lathes both vertical and horizontal and Machine Centers.
- Must be familiar with basic Auto CAD or Pro-E and Cad Cam.
- Must have a understanding of CMM inspection reports.
- Experience with cost effective machining.
- Must be team oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Engineering degree 2 or 4 year, or equivalent experience of 5 years or more.
- Familiar with CNC machine trouble shooting and solving machining processes.
Material Handler
The Materials Handler will be to be responsible to move all type of material scrap, raw material, finished material as directed by the shift Supervisor. They will work as a support person for the Production.
Duties: The duties and responsibilities of the Material Handler include, but are not limited to-
- Empty all chip hoppers on the shop floor.
- Band and skid parts as directed by the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. or Shift Supervisor.
- Move material and unload trucks as needed and directed by the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor in accordance with quality standards and procedures.
- Store material in designated raw material and finished goods areas in neat and orderly manner.
- Keep accurate inventory counts as needed and directed by the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.
- Load finished goods on trucks for shipment, making sure proper documentation is on the loads.
- Make sure that the forklifts are properly put away at the end of each shift.
- Promotes and enforces the Company safety policy in all areas of responsibility.
- Follow and adhere to all industry and Company safety policies.
- Submit all required paper work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain files in a neat and orderly manner.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
